Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“these Terms”) set the conditions for using the mobile application Craft Rush Puzzle (“the App”) provided by Yoshio Kishida (“we”). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms apply to all relations between us and you concerning use of the App.

Article 2 (Definitions)

Article 3 (Account and nickname)

  1. As a rule, the App stores data on the device.
  2. You must not use a real name, contact details, language that defames a third party, or language contrary to public order and morals as a nickname.
  3. We may change or hide a nickname we judge inappropriate, without prior notice.
  4. Data may be lost if the device is lost, broken, replaced, or if you delete the App. We do not guarantee restoration of data.

Article 4 (Lives and ads)

  1. Playing the App consumes lives. Lives recover over time.
  2. If you are short on lives, watching an ad may give you an extra play.
  3. Ads may fail to show because of network conditions or delivery. We are not responsible if an ad cannot be shown.

Article 5 (In-app purchases)

  1. Paid content is purchased through Apple’s App Store.
  2. Paid content is consumable. As a rule, we do not refund after purchase. Whether a refund is available follows Apple’s rules.
  3. If a minor makes a purchase, it must be done with the consent of a parent or guardian.
  4. Purchased in-app currency and items cannot be exchanged for cash or other property.
  5. If a purchase is not reflected because of a network outage or similar, contact us using Article 10.

Article 6 (Rankings and rewards)

  1. We display a monthly ranking based on single-play scores.
  2. On the 1st of each month we finalize the previous month’s ranking and grant Emeralds to the top players as follows.

  1. Place may differ between the moment of calculation and when results are shown.
  2. Scores may fail to send correctly because of network conditions.
  3. If we judge that a score was recorded by improper means, we may cancel the place, withhold the reward, or suspend use.
  4. We may change or end the content, conditions, or offering of rewards.

Article 7 (Prohibited acts)

You must not do any of the following:

  1. Acts contrary to law or to public order and morals
  2. Modifying, analyzing, or reverse-engineering the App, or using cheat tools
  3. Recording scores or obtaining in-app currency or items by improper means
  4. Buying, selling, transferring, or trying to cash out accounts, in-app currency, or items
  5. Placing excessive load on the App’s servers or network
  6. Infringing the rights of other users or third parties
  7. Any other act we judge inappropriate

If you violate these Terms, we may restrict use, delete data, or exclude you from rankings, without prior notice.

Article 8 (Changes, suspension, and end of the service)

  1. We may change the App, or suspend or end it, without prior notice to users.
  2. If we end the App, as a rule we do not refund unused in-app currency or items. This does not apply where law requires otherwise.
  3. When we end the App, we will give prior notice to the extent possible.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

  1. We do not warrant that the App will fit a particular purpose or that it will be free of defects.
  2. Except where we have intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damage arising from use of the App or inability to use it.
  3. We are not liable for problems caused by the device or the network environment.
  4. Where the Consumer Contract Act or other law does not allow us to be excused from liability, that law applies.

Article 10 (Contact)

Article 11 (Intellectual property)

Intellectual property in the App and in its programs, images, audio, text, and similar belongs to us or to the rightful owner. You must not copy, distribute, or publicly transmit them without permission.

Article 12 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If a dispute arises concerning the App, the Tokyo District Court has exclusive agreed jurisdiction in the first instance.

Article 13 (Changes to these Terms)

We may change these Terms when we judge it necessary. If you use the App after a change, you are deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.
